A New Kind of Support for Founders

Lately, I've been wanting to say the thing that we're all afraid to admit: Entrepreneurs need more support than they are getting from the usual mix of accountants, coaches, and marketers. The truth is that until we start to do the work of healing from past traumas, our businesses will always be limited by our own baggage.I'm looking for just ten experienced founder/leaders of impact businesses to be the first participants in a new program designed to help burned-out, purpose-driven women become the powerful, integrated leaders that their business and the world needs them to be.As part of this effort, I'm also organizing a healing retreat alongside the B Corp Champions Retreat in Milwaukee in 2026.
